Engine 271

Engine 271 serves as MCFD's second out engine on all structural responses.  This unit rolls out after Ladder 71, so it is third out the door.  E271 is equipped as a pumper and carries some more unique water appliances than our other engines.  This engine is currently being worked on to update some of the features such as the interior.  The lighting package was updated in early 2006 by members of the department.
