The Milford Community Firefighters' Club leases space in the Milford Shopping Center to use for a Community Hall and to hold weekly Bingos.  The hall is available to rent for organizations, groups, and personal use.  It is a 6500 square foot facility with a 400 person occupancy limit.  Approximately 32 3'x8' tables and 300 chairs are available.  The hall features a bar/serving area, bathrooms, a ladies lounge attached to the bathroom, stage, and dance floor.  The bar/serving area features vending machines, microwave, sink, and a large refrigerated cooler.  The hall does not have any food preparation equipment or kitchen area.

All rentals require a $500.00 deposit*

Overhead P.A. system use $75.00

*Deposit required is not part of the price for hall rental.  The deposit will be refunded if the hall is clean and there is no damage to the hall after its use.  Specific terms of deposit are listed in the contract.

Hall is located on the East end (SR131 side) of the Milford Shopping Center.

From I-275:  Exit at the Milford Parkway exit.  Travel on Milford Parkway approximately 2 miles to the State Route 131 and U.S. Route 50 intersection.  Continue straight on State Route 131 approximately 500 feet to Happy Hollow Road (on the left).  Turn left on Happy Hollow Road and make an immediate left in to the shopping center entrance.  At the crest of the hill the hall will be to the right at the rear of the shopping center.
